Coping with Crisis Program
5-Day Residential Therapeutic Restart
COVID-19 has caused people in countries all over the world to experience a state of crisis. Even with areas starting to reopen, there are lingering effects. At some level, most people are feeling additional stress, anxiety, isolation or grief… this is normal. However, some individuals, normally able to manage the twists and turns of daily life, may be feeling overwhelmed or out of control. For some, anxiety, depression or traumatic stress are becoming increasingly unmanageable. For others the use of substances or the misuse of the internet may be becoming a significant coping mechanism. Taking the time to step away to focus on a therapeutic restart with healthy evidence-based treatment and self-care strategies could be life-changing.
