Jennifer Pierson serves as the Chief Strategic Engagement and Advancement Officer (CSEAO) at Lindner Center of Hope in Mason, Ohio.

Pierson joined the Center over 18 years ago as Public Relations Director and later served as Senior Director of Marketing and Outreach. Her career has been shaped by deep expertise in marketing, brand management, strategic relationship building, and leadership across cross-functional teams.

As CSEAO, Pierson is a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for advancement, philanthropy, stakeholder engagement, and mission-centered public affairs/relationship strategies at Lindner Center of Hope. This role is responsible for strengthening long-term organizational sustainability through philanthropic growth, strategic communications, internal brand and employee communications, media relations, donor and benefactor engagement, grateful patient and family connection, alumni engagement, and strategic community relationships.

Pierson leads a high-performing advancement team and collaborates closely with clinical, administrative, and academic partners to support the Center’s growth and impact—telling a powerful story of Hope in Action.
