Adan Liendo serves as a residential counselor and supervisor at the Linder Center of HOPE. He attends to running group therapy at both William’s House and Sibcy House residential units. He also has a focus as a family therapist, sober coach, and life skills coach all for the residential patients. Additionally, he provides supervision for dependently licensed counselors.

Adan completed his graduate and undergraduate studies at Evangel University, where he focused on psychology and clinical mental health counseling. He currently maintains his license by continuing his education on different modalities, evidence-based treatments, and new studies within the field.

By understanding how difficult therapy can be, his strengths focus on building trust and rapport with patients to meet them where they are at before focusing on any treatment. By adjusting lessons and skills to each group and family, patients can expect a tailored approach in therapy to fit their personal needs. Adan utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) as his primary focuses. Adan is also experienced working with a diverse range of client’s who present with varying severity and as individuals, couples, families, and groups.
