Michelle Pritchard is a Licensed Clinical Counselor and Clinical Director, Residential Services at Lindner Center of Hope. As Clinical Director, Michelle provides visionary leadership and day-to-day oversight of the therapeutic, admissions, and care coordination teams across the residential programs. She is responsible for ensuring exceptional clinical care, effective patient flow, and high-performing interdisciplinary teams aligned with the mission and values of Lindner Center of Hope. Michelle plays a key role in the admissions process, clinical supervision, and the continuous improvement of therapeutic offerings. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Biblical Studies, and a Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling from Cincinnati Christian University. With over ten years of experience, Michelle specializes in supporting individuals affected by substance use disorders, with a focused expertise in trauma stabilization and trauma recovery. Additionally, she is skilled in facilitating improved communication and connection within families.
Outside of her professional practice, Michelle enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, as well as engaging in photography, diamond art, and reading books.
