Lindner Center of Hope Named Finalist for 2025 Best Places to Work
MASON, OH – Lindner Center of Hope is a finalist for The Business Courier’s 2025 Best Places to Work awards. Best Places to Work is an annual program recognizing Greater Cincinnati companies that show the highest levels of employee satisfaction.
Lindner Center of Hope is one of 70 finalists for the 23rd year of the program. This year’s finalists include many companies that have been honorees multiple times, as well as many newcomers.
Lindner Center of Hope and the other finalists will be recognized, and winners will be announced at an awards event 3:30-6 p.m. Aug. 28 at TQL Stadium at 1530 John St. in the West End.
To qualify for the awards, participating organizations must have an office in the 15-county metro area with at least 10 employees. Once nominated, a company had to meet a threshold in employee participation to be eligible to be honored.
Omaha, Neb.-based Quantum Workplace then administered a confidential survey about issues such as leadership and benefits to all local employees of participating organizations.
The results were tallied, and organizations were ranked by score. The finalist companies are those that are rated highest overall in one of five size categories: 10 to24 employees, 25 to 49 employees, 50 to 99 employees, 100 to 249 employees, and 250 or more employees.
