Jennifer Pierson Named Chief Brand and Advancement Officer

July 17, 2025 – Mason, Ohio – Effective July 6, 2025, Jennifer Pierson has assumed the role of Chief Brand and Advancement Officer (CBAO) at Lindner Center of Hope in Mason, Ohio.

Pierson joined the Center nearly 18 years ago as Public Relations Director and later served as Senior Director of Marketing and Outreach. Her career has been shaped by deep expertise in marketing, brand management, strategic relationship building, and leadership across cross-functional teams.

As CBAO, PieJennifer Pierson, Chief Brand and Advancement Officerrson is a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for advancing the Center’s national reputation, community presence, and philanthropic mission. She provides strategic leadership for marketing, branding, communications, and development—aligning these functions to elevate awareness, foster engagement, and increase philanthropic support for world-class mental health care, research, and education.

Pierson leads a high-performing marketing and development team and collaborates closely with clinical, administrative, and academic partners to support the Center’s growth and impact—telling a powerful story of Hope in Action.

Prior to joining Lindner Center of Hope, Pierson held communications and public relations roles with organizations such as Messer Construction Company and The Summit Country Day School. She also began her career as a newspaper reporter in Lancaster, Ohio.

Pierson was honored in 2024 with the Pink Diamond Award from the Mason-Deerfield Chamber of Commerce, recognizing her outstanding contributions and achievements. In 2015, she was named a Women of Influence award recipient by Venue and LEAD magazines.

She currently serves on the Women Business Leaders Advisory Council of the Mason-Deerfield Chamber of Commerce.
