Tara serves as an outpatient therapist at the Lindner Center of Hope. She specializes in the treatment of eating disorders and is a member of the Harold C. Schott Foundation Eating Disorders Program. As a part of the program, she provides services in the outpatient, adult partial hospitalization, and adult intensive outpatient programs.

Prior to joining the Lindner Center of Hope, she worked at the Eating Recovery Center, supporting individuals with eating disorders and co-occurring conditions such as OCD, anxiety, depression, and trauma. She has experience working with individuals, couples, and families as well as leading therapeutic groups.

Tara is passionate about creating a relationship built on safety, trust, and hope, where people feel accepted and challenged to grow in new and meaningful ways. Her practice philosophy is patient-centered, holistic, and pragmatic. She utilizes a wide variety of therapeutic approaches such as Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Radically Open Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (RO-DBT), Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

This provider offers both in-person and telehealth visits.
