Lindner Center of Hope Leadership Alignments
As Lindner Center of Hope embarks on a new fiscal year with continued creation of the future, several leadership alignments have been made.
The changes reflect an enduring commitment to strengthening clinical programs, preparing plans for further growth, and developing the data and outcomes infrastructure needed to evaluate and continually improve the care provided. The following appointments went into effect July 2026:
Margot Brandi, MD, FAPA, is now serving as Chief of Adult Residential Services. In this role, Dr. Brandi provides leadership to Lindner Center of Hope’s premier residential adult assessment program, Sibcy House, as it expands to 24 beds. Dr. Brandi will help grow Sibcy’s national stature as a leading diagnostic assessment center, overseeing the quality of care, supervising and supporting faculty and staff care for patients and families, and helping prepare readiness for future growth.
Nicole Bosse, PsyD, is now serving as Residential OCD Program Lead. Dr. Bosse will guide the continued development of Lindner Center of Hope’s residential obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) services, supporting clinical excellence in OCD care, further developing the program’s identity as a leading provider of OCD treatment, leading interdisciplinary collaboration, and helping grow the Center’s ability to care for more people with OCD and anxiety-related disorders.
Anna Guerdjikova, PhD, LISW, CCRC, is now serving as the Outcomes Assessment Lead. Dr. Guerdjikova will help advance the organization-wide commitment to measuring treatment outcomes (e.g., symptom improvement, functionality, increased hope), learning from data, and using that knowledge to strengthen clinical care and the experiences of Lindner Center of Hope patients and families.
