Medical Office Building Topping Out Event

On May 12, employees of Lindner Center of Hope gathered to celebrate a major milestone in the organization’s campus expansion project with a topping out ceremony for the new four-story Medical Office Building (MOB).

A longstanding construction tradition, the “topping out” ceremony marks the placement of the final steel beam at the highest point of the structure. Staff members were invited to sign the beam before it was lifted into place, leaving a lasting mark on a transformational moment in Lindner Center of Hope history.

The MOB is one component of the organization’s broader campus expansion initiative—the largest construction undertaking since the original campus was built. The project reflects Lindner Center of Hope’s continued commitment to growing access to exceptional mental health care and preparing for the future needs of the community.
