Michelle Kalz Named to New Role of Chief Growth and Strategy Officer at Lindner Center of Hope

May 1, 2026 – Mason, Ohio – Michelle K. Kalz, MHA has joined Lindner Center of Hope in the new role of Chief Growth and Strategy Officer (CGSO). In this role, Kalz will lead initiatives to expand access, strengthen strategic partnerships, and advance the organization’s mission of delivering hope and healing.
With more than 30 years of experience in business development, marketing, patient access, and executive leadership, she brings a results-driven approach to organizational growth. Her work focuses on aligning strategy with patient-centered outcomes, ensuring that expansion efforts enhance both access to care and the overall patient experience.
Prior to joining Lindner Center of Hope, Michelle held senior leadership roles in several national companies including Rogers Behavioral Health, Odyssey Behavioral Health, Recovery Centers of America, and Acadia Healthcare. In these positions, she led transformative growth initiatives, translating organizational vision into actionable strategies that improved performance and broadened reach.
Michelle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Communications from Lindenwood University and a Master’s degree in Health Administration from Webster University, both in St. Louis, Missouri.
