Noah Lankford, PsyD
Staff Psychologist
Lindner Center of HOPE
Dr. Lankford serves as a staff psychologist at the Lindner Center of Hope. He attends to adults in the residential program at Sibcy House and also sees patients in the Lindner Center of HOPE’s outpatient program.
Prior to receiving his doctorate degree, he worked as a master’s-level counselor at Community Mental Health in southern Indiana and Positive Leaps, a partial hospitalization program for young children. In 2015, he returned to school at Xavier and worked part time as a psychology trainee at Xavier University for one year and the Lindner Center of Hope for three years. In 2020, he completed his PsyD from Xavier University and began working in private practice.
Dr. Lankford specialized in severe mental illness while studying at Xavier, and he gained experience conceptualizing and treating complex cases while training at the Lindner Center of Hope, where he spent most of his time on the residential unit.
Prior to joining the Lindner Center of Hope, he was specializing in treating men (age 12-60), anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorders, depression, bipolar disorders, relationship issues, and phase of life issues.
Dr. Lankford is trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Radically-Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Cognitive Behavior Therapy. He draws from psychodynamic theories, attachment theory, and humanistic approaches when conceptualizing and treating patients.
