Residential OCD & Anxiety Specialist
Lindner Center of HOPE

Kellie Korte is an OCD & Anxiety Specialist on both residential units, Sibcy House and Williams House, and is also an integral member of the OCD and Anxiety Treatment Team at the Lindner Center of HOPE. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the University of Cincinnati and has been at the Lindner Center of HOPE for the 13+ years since then. During this time, she received specialized training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for OCD and anxiety disorders and has worked with both adults and children. In addition to providing ERP coaching for residents who struggle with OCD, social anxiety, Body Dysmorphia, Panic Disorder, and Agoraphobia, Kellie provides multidisciplinary care utilizing Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy (RO-DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for OCD.

In addition to frequently collaborating with the residential psychologists who specialize in OCD and anxiety, Kellie co-leads the unit ERP group as well as regularly conducting therapeutic off-unit exposure outings when clinically indicated. She aided in providing training and helped with the development of TMS for OCD treatment at LCOH.

Kellie has presented locally and facility-wide on the topics of ERP and OCD to both professional and academic audiences. Additionally, she is involved in providing education and training for the unit staff on ERP and OCD. She is a member of the International OCD Foundation (IOCDF) and has presented at the IOCDF Annual Conference. She helps host the annual One Million Steps for OCD Walk in Cincinnati, Ohio each year and participates in fundraising for continued OCD research and treatment.
