Staff Therapist
Lindner Center of HOPE
Ms. Foster serves as a staff therapist at the Lindner Center of HOPE. She attends to adolescents, adults, and families in the outpatient setting and is also a member of the Eating Disorder Team.
Prior to entering graduate school at St. Ambrose University, where she earned her MSW, Ms. Foster earned a BS in Psychology at Duke University, an MEd in Health Promotion and Education at the University of Cincinnati, and a nursing diploma at the Christ Hospital School of Nursing
Her clinical expertise is complemented by over 18 years of experience in clinical practice as well as several years in psychiatric nursing and health education
Prior to joining the Lindner Center of HOPE she worked at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital for nearly 10 years, serving families in Partial Hospitalization and Outpatient care. She was in private practice from 2009-2017 She has also served as Adjunct Faculty at the University of Cincinnati teaching courses on stress management and mental health issues, as well as supervising peer educators in the campus wellness program
She is a specialist in the treatment of eating disorders, depression, anxiety, and life transition issues. She has extensive experience working with the LGBTQ population
