Lauren Kim-Bae, Ph.D.

Dr. Kim-Bae serves as a staff clinical psychologist at the Lindner Center of HOPE. She sees both child and adults conducting psychological testing and evaluation services in the outpatient clinic.

She earned her PhD in clinical psychology from Arizona State University. Her research focus included understanding issues related to minority mental health and developing preventative interventions for at risk children. Clinically, she has conducted evaluations in multiple settings including forensic, hospital, and community based settings which provide breadth and depth in best practices and treatment options.

Her clinical and teaching background spans over 15 years in practice, particularly in the area of testing and evaluation services. Her practice philosophy is compassionate, thorough, and holistic.

Prior to joining the Lindner Center of HOPE, she worked as a neurocognitive assessment specialist at a private outpatient clinic in Minneapolis, MN. She also held an adjunct appointment in the APA approved Clinical Psychology Doctoral Program (PsyD) at Augsburg University in Minneapolis, MN.

While she sees a broad spectrum of conditions, she is a specialist in the assessment of neurodevelopmental disorders such as ADHD and Learning Disorders.
