At Lindner Center of HOPE, our Sibcy House program for adults, age 18 and older, offers specialized assessment and short-term intensive treatment for individuals struggling with mental health, addiction and complex, co-morbid issues in an enhanced therapeutic environment. The Sibcy House 10-day comprehensive diagnostic is comprised of a multi-disciplinary assessment process combined with essential clinical observation with a goal of bringing clarity to complex issues. Symptom reduction strategies are also implemented during this time. Those staying beyond the diagnostic component will benefit from intensive treatment and skills building with Dialectical Behavior Therapy underpinnings, but enhanced by other evidence-based treatment models. Diagnostic specific assessments and treatment approaches are integrated to address sub-specialty diagnoses such as substance abuse and obsessive compulsive disorder. Comprehensive Diagnostic Assessment for Children and Adolescents at Lindner Center of HOPE is affordable and accessible in an intensive outpatient program for young people age 6 to 17 (18 if still in high school). A skilled and experienced diagnostic team focuses on intensive assessment over 3.5 days working with the patient, family and other treatment partners, considering genetic, psychological and social factors affecting well-being and functioning.
