• Improve communication with your providers
• Get the most out of your treatment
• Improve your understanding of bipolar disorder and how it responds to the environment
Who: Ages 18+. taking medication for bipolar disorder
Location: Via Zoom
Dates/Times: Once a week for 6 weeks, starting on Tuesday, June 17th, 2025 Meeting 6-7pm
