SUMMARY:DARTT – Developmental and Relational Trauma Therapy
DESCRIPTION:This 8-week group will focus on learning more about how childho
 od trauma affects us as adults and to connect with others who have similar
  experiences. Childhood trauma comes in all kinds of forms\, including con
 tinual neglect\, constant invalidation\, regularly experiencing harsh crit
 icism\, and/or physical\, emotional\, or mental abuse.  Intended For: Tho
 se age 18 and above engaged in outpatient treatment at least monthly\, tho
 se who struggle with low self-worth\, negative self-talk\, difficulty sett
 ing boundaries\, people-pleasing behaviors\, and/or perfectionism\, not im
 minently a threat to self or others. This Co-ed group is open for patients
  with a variety of diagnoses.\n\nLocation: Via Zoom Maximum Number of Part
