brunette-young-woman“I felt important being a patient here. The staff really let me know that they cared about me and cared about what is to become of me. Everyone was very sweet and encouraged participation. I’m glad I was transferred here over other places. It was more helpful than I had expected.”

orange-t-shirt-man“The staff was phenomenal during my stay on Adult North. As a team, we were able to find the right combination of medications and counseling to help with both my physical symptoms and becoming more in tune with my emotions. I would strongly recommend the Center to anyone struggling with an addiction (whether it be substance abuse or an Eating Disorder), depression, anxiety or any other mental illness. My time spent here almost didn’t feel like a hospital stay, but rather an open atmosphere to voice my opinions and seek the help that I needed.”
– Adult North Patient

You are all very special people and very good at what you do. You all made a very big impact on the two of us and helped set a path to recovery. The Lindner Center of HOPE is a very special place and we can’t imagine a better place to heal. We will always have a special place in our heart for the people we met.”

senior-woman“I wanted to tell you how wonderful the employees at Lindner Center of HOPE are. My mom was at Sibcy House for 17 days. We had heard what a great place it is and it certainly lived up to its reputation. My mom is doing well and has now been home for 10 days. Her team of doctors, nurses and others, really helped in giving her a solid foundation to build upon in her recovery from alcoholism. We are very optimistic about her recovery and so proud of her for taking this big step.”

– Grateful Patient

mother-sonThank you for all the time, patience and knowledge you showed with our son. This is a time when we needed you and your colleagues. As a mother of a wonderful son, leaving him in your care gave me a sense of HOPE. We will remember your care on the journey of ours.
– Grateful Parent

mustache-man“I apologize for taking two months to send this. I guess this inaction is indicative of the journey I have been on following Sibcy House. I allowed myself to fall back into a world of inaction and a less severe depression. A few days ago I found the CD of affirmations you gave me and it was like someone snapped their fingers in my face when I listened to it.

The amount of control I have in my life and current state was not really something I truly believed. I can make a choice to be miserable or I can choose to get up and stop putting life on the back burner. So this note comes from a hopeful, positive place and I know if I never experienced my treatment at Sibcy House I might be dead. I think it saved my life.

Thank you again for inspiring me. It helps me remember life can start today and it’s not too late. What you are doing there is amazing.”
