Mr. Riffe is the Residential Counselor at Lindner Center of HOPE, Sibcy House and Williams House. He is responsible for both clinical and administrative functions including individual and group therapy in the adult and adolescent residential units. He also provides therapy through the outpatient practice group. Mr. Riffe also conducts comprehensive diagnostic assessments.

As coordinator of all programming on the two residential units, he is responsible for the development of program content, materials, and scheduling. He also provides assessment of group facilitation and content and ongoing direction and training to group leaders related to facilitation.

Since 2009, Mr. Riffe has facilitated numerous Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills-training groups in inpatient, residential, and outpatient settings, as well as provided individual DBT sessions in inpatient and residential settings. He also conducts several workshops for staff at Lindner Center of HOPE on the use of DBT skills in inpatient and residential settings.
