Lindner Center of HOPE, Clinical Manager, Residential Services


Jeffrey R. Slaughter is the Clinical Manager for Residential Services at Lindner Center of HOPE. He has 24-hour responsibility for clinical care and services on the Sibcy House and Williams House milieu. Mr. Slaughter works collaboratively with residential team members on both Williams House and Sibcy House to assure appropriate implementation of treatment services of residential patients. Mr. Slaughter’s primary focus is ensuring that the clinical services provided in each setting is of the highest quality of care.

Mr. Slaughter has served the last seven years at Lindner Center of HOPE as a social worker in the adult inpatient care units and has fourteen years of experience in social work.

Prior to Lindner Center of HOPE, he worked at Maryhaven, a substance abuse treatment center in Columbus, OH as a Counselor working with dual diagnosis adolescent patients, then in a similar role at Talbert House for their Bridge program, a mental health residential treatment facility for adolescent males, Mr. Slaughter was also responsible for the development and management of the Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Substance Abuse Program at Talbert House.

Mr. Slaughter has extensive experience developing, implementing and managing clinical services to clients and their families from diverse ethnic cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds from adolescence to older adults

Mr. Slaughter earned his Master of Social Work from The Ohio State University. He received his Bachelor’s of Science in Social Work degree from the Ohio State University. He is a licensed social worker.
