Lindner Center of HOPE, Chief Medical Officer and Director of Outpatient Services
Dr. Weber has been a practicing psychiatrist for over 30 years in greater Cincinnati. He is well known for his outstanding clinical skills and leadership abilities. In his role at Lindner Center of HOPE, Dr. Weber will oversee the outpatient and inpatient treatment service programs. He will also see individuals on an outpatient basis through Lindner Center Professional Associates.
Dr. Weber has held leadership roles at a number of community mental health centers, serving as the Medical Director of Greater Cincinnati Behavioral Health Services (GCB), Cincinnati Restoration Inc. (CRI), and Mental Health Services East (The Center for Children and Families)
Dr. Weber has served on the faculty in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center. He was instrumental in the development and opening of a new faculty practice and resident based inpatient psychiatry unit. Dr. Weber has been involved for many years in medical student education and psychiatric resident outpatient psychotherapy training.
After earning his doctor of medicine from University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, Dr. Weber trained in psychiatry and served as Chief Psychiatric Resident at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center. He was also Clinical Coordinator for the Alcoholism Division of Central Psychiatric Clinic at UC Medical Center. He earned his Pre-Med, Natural Science degree at Xavier University.
He currently serves on the Board of Directors for National Alliance on Mental Illness, Hamilton County (NAMI).
Dr. Weber has been awarded the National Alliance on Mental Illness Exemplary Psychiatrists Award and is a member of the Cincinnati Psychiatric Society, Ohio Psychiatric Association and American Psychiatric Association.
